Donald Lockby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Vikings of Dania's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Donald Lockby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Lockby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vikings of Dania's Donald Lockby. Donald Lockby was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 52nd match minute, Vikings of Dania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bram Cockx to maneuver through the defense. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 58 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Pozorski in the 64th minute of play. Donald Lockby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Bram Cockx hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Donald Lockby made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Donald Lockby was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Daniel Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 76 minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donald Lockby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Vikings of Dania's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felix Montenegro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donald Lockby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vikings of Dania throughout the match.
