Loukas Siozos got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Achilleas Kyriakakos. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Eduardo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Achilleas Kyriakakos might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Freixa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Achilleas Kyriakakos ran back to his position shaking his head. Alexis Roubanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexis Roubanis to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Achilleas Kyriakakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eduardo Fontirroig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Sokratis Pakaltsis made a huge save. It was a well-played corner which Alfredo Ferrant managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Anastasios Serametakis made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bolivia's Francisco Gallo.
