Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Severino Alves got the match started through his kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcin Konieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Tommie van Asseldonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 7th minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommie van Asseldonk having to interfere. Tommie van Asseldonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 12th minute of play. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommie van Asseldonk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Alves. After 18 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 22nd minute of play forced FENIX FC's goalkeeper Tommie van Asseldonk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FENIX FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Marcin Konieczny hit a great ball. Jose Carita kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommie van Asseldonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Tommie van Asseldonk. FENIX FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aloísio Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 39th minute of play forced FENIX FC's goalkeeper Tommie van Asseldonk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute Aloísio Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes FENIX FC got a freekick which was hit by Eurico do Valle. The FENIX FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Panama were winning 0-1.

Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 54th minute. A collision led to FENIX FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Alejo Beltran hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Carita to maneuver through the defense. Tommie van Asseldonk was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Alex Cambeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alex Cambeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. 70 minutes into the match, FENIX FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Miralles came free, but Tommie van Asseldonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FENIX FC's Tommie van Asseldonk got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 83rd minute. FENIX FC's Tommie van Asseldonk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 87th minute of play. Tommie van Asseldonk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Alejo Beltran kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tommie van Asseldonk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommie van Asseldonk was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-3. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FENIX FC throughout the match.
