Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Botelho in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Botelho in the 24th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th play minute Fellipe Botelho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thiago Pliego. 1-1. The OSASCO FC fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when OSASCO FC's Fellipe Botelho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When OSASCO FC's Fellipe Botelho in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Tostão Domingues in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute of the match Chile got a corner. OSASCO FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Chile's Pedro Indiano getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Tostão Domingues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 61st minute. Pedro Indiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tostão Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Tostão Domingues made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in OSASCO FC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tostão Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tostão Domingues made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Alan Tamayo sent off a good shot on target.
