Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Soltani Drid started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Qatar Dust Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilles Tahar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Qatar Dust Kickers's Gilles Tahar got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hocine Bentaala, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jussef Zemmamouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Zemmamouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jussef Zemmamouche came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 29th minute of play forced Qatar Dust Kickers's goalkeeper Jussef Zemmamouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jussef Zemmamouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soltani Drid, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Qatar Dust Kickers getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Abdelhamid Reda Madouni hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Jussef Zemmamouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jussef Zemmamouche came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 57th minute. Jussef Zemmamouche was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Gaona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. Jussef Zemmamouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Mexico's Facundo Cadaval getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilles Tahar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Qatar Dust Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Jussef Zemmamouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 74th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Bentaala in the 75th minute of play. Mohammed Matoub hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Zemmamouche having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jussef Zemmamouche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdel Karim Mansouri during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Zemmamouche having to interfere. Mexico made a substitution. Bautista Elvira replaced Lautaro Mancebo. A collision led to Qatar Dust Kickers getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Abdel Karim Mansouri hit a great ball. 99 minutes in the game Facundo Cadaval after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Jussef Zemmamouche. A very good opportunity.
