Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionică Corcoveanu. Ionică Corcoveanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Luz Tejedor came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luz Tejedor couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Eintracht Cernavoda getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ionel Gâlcă hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ionică Corcoveanu. Eintracht Cernavoda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Filip Pantiș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Ionică Corcoveanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Yin Li Ying might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yin Li Ying ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yin Li Ying in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eintracht Cernavoda's goalkeeper Ionică Corcoveanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Li Ying, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Eintracht Cernavoda's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Ionică Corcoveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihăiţă Jder made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 60th minute, Flavius Stanciu made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 65 minutes into the match, Eintracht Cernavoda's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Ionică Corcoveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Corcoveanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Stanciu in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Eintracht Cernavoda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costin Teodoreanu to maneuver through the defense. When Peru's Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eintracht Cernavoda's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionică Corcoveanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
