Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fryderyk Jajecznica got the match started through his kick off. Procopio Trespalacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spartans Lodz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Fryderyk Jajecznica was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. Spartans Lodz were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iwan Ostrowski took the corner. The corner ended in Iwan Ostrowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Herbert Gozdowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Procopio Trespalacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Procopio Trespalacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of the match. Iwan Ostrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witold Pryputnicki charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Witold Pryputnicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Spartans Lodz's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 53 played minutes Spartans Lodz got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Gozdowski. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 55th minute. Iwan Ostrowski struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartans Lodz. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Jajecznica in the 59th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Fryderyk Jajecznica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 minutes of play Spartans Lodz's Witold Pryputnicki was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Witold Pryputnicki got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Procopio Trespalacios. That made the score 2-2 after 72 minutes of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Zula Zworski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. With a little luck, Spartans Lodz's Procopio Trespalacios got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Spartans Lodz's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Procopio Trespalacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Procopio Trespalacios was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Krzysztof Okopny got a free kick in the 94th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Spartans Lodz and deserved their victory. The Spartans Lodz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
