Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Axel Tasis, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Juan Rubio came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Rubio couldn't finish the play. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edward Rydzewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugeniusz Sniegowski in the 26th minute. At last the ball reached Maksymilian Felenak at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Costa Rica. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Klement Bejgier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ebi Smolarek in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klement Bejgier in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goalkeeper Edward Rydzewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edward Rydzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Alcocer, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ebi Smolarek did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Benito Sanz 42 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Klement Bejgier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Bejgier came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mieszko Ochabski, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Mieszko Ochabski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Mieszko Ochabski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Ebi Smolarek came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Tasis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Edward Rydzewski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71st minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Axel Tasis during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis. Edward Rydzewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 75th minute. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when RPF Grabarze Olesnica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Sniegowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klement Bejgier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ebi Smolarek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RPF Grabarze Olesnica walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
