Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庞延迪 in the 6th minute of play. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Adam Chazen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when 庞延迪 came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Adam Chazen. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 庞延迪 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adam Chazen came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FusbalClub Swietochlowice's goalie prevented a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. 庞延迪 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when 庞延迪 got free with Julio Vera in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Chazen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The FusbalClub Swietochlowice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cory Trevor, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adam Chazen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Gai scored 1-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 庞延迪, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Gai came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cory Trevor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. In the 91st minute of the match Cory Trevor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Pawel Glozor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ecuador played a much better game than FusbalClub Swietochlowice and deserved their victory. The FusbalClub Swietochlowice players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
