In the 90th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Mina to maneuver through the defense. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Eliseo Mina hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi.
