Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Rene Rostholm scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. Rene Rostholm who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Randers A.F.C.'s Benjamin Vollmaris quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rene Rostholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-0 after 17 minutes of play. Rene Rostholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rene Rostholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Nichlas Vesterdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Randers A.F.C. were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Børge Buhr took the corner. The corner led Randers A.F.C.'s Arthur Shelby to a score. 4-0 in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute, Randers A.F.C.'s Rene Rostholm dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Rene Rostholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Rene Rostholm sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Nik Frisendal came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nik Frisendal.
The wind increased when Rene Rostholm made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Rene Rostholm notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After taking down the ball on Randers A.F.C.'s corner Børge Buhr fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Nichlas Vesterdahl made a huge save. 61 minutes into the game, Rene Rostholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rostholm in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Rene Rostholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Rene Rostholm made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Rene Rostholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Rene Rostholm scored 11-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Bruno Steenbeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Nik Frisendal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 89 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Steenbeck in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Arthur Shelby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruno Steenbeck's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Bruno Steenbeck sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Randers A.F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
