Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Felix Baicu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Baicu in the 5th minute of the match. Felix Baicu took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Milfontes United booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Ecuador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Milfontes United:s goal. Julio Vera had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Felix Baicu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Felix Baicu scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Milfontes United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Milfontes United's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeu De Sousa came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Milfontes United getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Felix Baicu hit a great ball. Milfontes United's Romeu De Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Milfontes United from getting a goal against them. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Romeu De Sousa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Romeu De Sousa in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Milfontes United's Romeu De Sousa got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 33 minutes Milfontes United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Milfontes United's Romeu De Sousa managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 37th minute, Felix Baicu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romeu De Sousa. Romeu De Sousa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Milfontes United's Felix Baicu. But to his dismay, Felix Baicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 45th minute Felix Baicu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeu De Sousa made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Milfontes United's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeu De Sousa came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 52nd minute of play forced Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Milfontes United defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeu De Sousa. The Milfontes United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeu De Sousa should have stopped the shot. Felix Baicu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Felix Baicu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Felix Baicu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Sérgio Palhares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Sérgio Palhares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Baicu in the 69th minute of play. Romeu De Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Felix Baicu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romeu De Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Felix Baicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute of play forced Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milfontes United's 杜誉宽 got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Baicu. The Ecuador manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Milfontes United to win.
