Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gafur Salim, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Vefik Pınarbaşı took the corner. Teo Elivareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. The throw-in from Teo Elivareo in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Santino Seco. If Teo Elivareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pascual Carballar's late challenge caught a SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Carballar helped the player get up and apologised. Pascual Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Elivareo in the 96th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
