Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Andrzej Juskowiak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrzej Juskowiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrzej Juskowiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Andrzej Juskowiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Andrzej Juskowiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Andrzej Juskowiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andrzej Juskowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrzej Juskowiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Andrashida's Andrzej Juskowiak shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Andrzej Juskowiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrzej Juskowiak in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Torsten Alin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrzej Juskowiak in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. The supporters of Andrashida booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute of the game, Torsten Alin landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Carballo during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Andrashida's Andrzej Juskowiak got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Costa Rica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Andrashida were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andrzej Juskowiak to strike the kick off in the second half. Aydemir Okyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, József Fekete managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andrashida's supporters rose to their feet, but József Fekete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If József Fekete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Andrzej Juskowiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Andrzej Juskowiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Juskowiak in the 62nd minute of play. Andrzej Juskowiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. József Fekete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play, Andrashida's Andrzej Juskowiak made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Nino Moi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Andrashida played a much better game than Costa Rica and deserved their victory. The Costa Rica players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
