Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Grosso United's Antonín Orlík started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Grosso United's Jonas Bladi got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 5 played minutes Grosso United got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Gonchan. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Bladi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Xacintu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 10th minute. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonas Bladi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 20 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Jonas Bladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Bladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Jonas Bladi in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Celedonio Hernando kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luz Tejedor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Bladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Bladi saved Grosso United from getting behind. Grosso United's Brandon Bayart was substituted for Gustavo da Costa. A very nice done corner allowed Milagros Fraga to score against Jonas Bladi in Grosso United's goal. 3-0 after 69 minutes. Brandon Bayart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes Grosso United got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Mendez. 73 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Bladi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Grosso United's goalie and right to Julian Murillo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Grosso United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 76th minute Antonín Orlík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Åke Abelsson. Jonas Bladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 79th minute of the match. After 80 minutes, Mauro Mendez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grosso United and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Åke Abelsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Åke Abelsson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 82nd minute. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rafael Gallo scored 4-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Bladi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauro Mendez took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play forced Grosso United's goalkeeper Jonas Bladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
