Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cayetano Montez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Brandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean-Luc Picard hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Alianza Trujillo's Tomas Brandt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Jean-Luc Picard threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Peru booed when Alianza Trujillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szilveszter Szegh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Brandt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Brandt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Montez came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Montez in the 13th minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Brandt having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Montez came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Brandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Brandt came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Eliseo Mina. But to his dismay, Eliseo Mina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 31st minute of the match, Marcelito Vivar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rolando Noboa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelito Vivar in the 36th minute. Efraim Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelito Vivar got free with Rolando Noboa in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alianza Trujillo's Tomas Brandt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelito Vivar's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Tomas Brandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dong Ping Sheng hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tomas Brandt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Alianza Trujillo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Froilan Pascual hit a great ball. In the 66th match minute, Alianza Trujillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Pascual to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Ramon Martino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olly Morgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Peru's Tomas Brandt threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Mina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 75th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Martino scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Tomas Brandt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Tomas Brandt made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Alianza Trujillo's Olly Morgan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The throw-in from Iraido Angosto in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Brandt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
