After 17 played minutes Mobyn BK got a freekick which was hit by 温骏天. Linus Myr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 29 minutes into the game, when Camilo Gisbert put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Ecuador:s Julio Vera showed great skill when he stopped Osmar Salgado:s penalty. In the 32nd minute Osmar Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eskil Stor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mobyn BK's Lukas Sandwall got a free kick in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mobyn BK's Osmar Salgado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 3-0 after 45 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osmar Salgado to strike the kick off in the second half. Linus Myr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mobyn BK's Lukas Sandwall got a free kick in the 55th minute. Eskil Stor was a little too slow when Luis Andino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 3-1. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Eskil Stor made a huge save. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. When Alexander Tholsson came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Mobyn BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Tholsson couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Linus Myr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mobyn BK made a substitution. Henry Skog replaced Linus Myr. Mobyn BK's Sven Hult was substituted for Osmar Salgado. 温骏天 hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Eskil Stor in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mobyn BK had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
