Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Mlekodaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Boguslaw Marczyniec recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Boguslaw Marczyniec showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 18th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Dominik Galagan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Mlekodaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigiusz Mlekodaj in the 28th minute. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when I Putu Tu 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Remigiusz Mlekodaj received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Remigiusz Mlekodaj slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from I Putu Tu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the 3City United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. 3City United's Remigiusz Mlekodaj got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigiusz Mlekodaj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Mlekodaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Boruc Mierzwa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Galagan in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, 3City United's Boguslaw Zajac got a free kick in the 66th minute. The supporters of 3City United booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Ånger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Mierzwa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Dominik Galagan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Bernt Ånger made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by 3City United's Remigiusz Mlekodaj. But to his dismay, Remigiusz Mlekodaj quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Galagan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Remigiusz Mlekodaj cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 90 minutes of play Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 90th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Venezuela booed when 3City United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Marczyniec didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Miroslaw Buda threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 3City United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
