Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Costin Babarada fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. In the 11th minute, Costin Babarada made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Iorga in the 14th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Vlahuță's Alex Iorga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihai Rusu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Mihai Rusu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of the match. Alex Iorga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. If Alex Iorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihai Rusu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 29th minute of play. The nice shot from Costin Babarada in the 31stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Jonathan Ferrant had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Iorga in the 33rd minute of play. Nichifor Vrejiu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Vlahuță's goalkeeper Mihai Rusu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Costin Babarada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, Costin Babarada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Costin Babarada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costin Babarada, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alex Iorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihai Rusu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 92nd minute, Olimpiu Vulcănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Vlahuță's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
