The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The score was now 4-3. 82 minutes into the match, Wambasther Henry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wambasther Henry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. With a little luck, Bendensin SK's Ahmet Sedat Sefa got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Bendensin SK could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
