Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Murillo kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamza Yavaş during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, one of FC Ouagadougou National:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Ouagadougou National. Rene Vereijt had in the 4thth minute some difficulties stopping Luz Tejedor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Dani Rojas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, FC Ouagadougou National's Abdulla Baia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rene Vereijt was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Luz Tejedor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rene Vereijt. That made the score 2-1 after 25 minutes of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Vereijt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Vereijt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of play forced FC Ouagadougou National's goalkeeper Rene Vereijt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Vereijt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Dani Rojas sped through Peru's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulla Baia in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Abdulla Baia made the kick off in the second half. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. 53 minutes into the match, Sabahattin Kökten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa, 3-3. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dani Rojas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the game Karim Sia made a throw-in which Jedrzej Kiszkiel played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamza Yavaş got free with Rolando Noboa in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the game, Karim Sia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 66 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulla Baia came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Vereijt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dani Rojas in the 69th minute of play. Rene Vereijt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Rene Vereijt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 79th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The throw-in from Sergen Şahbender in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Milagros Fraga. A sloppy throw-in by Karim Sia in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Rafael Gallo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Rene Vereijt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. 90 minutes into the match, Rafael Gallo notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of FC Ouagadougou National's Rene Vereijt. Rene Vereijt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Ouagadougou National's Paolo Evis was substituted for Dani Rojas. FC Ouagadougou National's Nazmi Tanberk was substituted for Sabahattin Kökten. FC Ouagadougou National's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
