Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Koby Wright started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Fernando Amorebieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jax Williamson having to interfere. 9 minutes in the game, Koby Wright fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Scarafia Ghost having to interfere. In the 14th minute of the match, Carter George tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Scarafia Ghost saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Koby Wright's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Scarafia Ghost read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustin Bâru in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jax Williamson saved Canada from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 25th minute of play forced Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Scarafia Ghost to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scarafia Ghost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 27th minute of play. If Rohan Watson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koby Wright in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Scarafia Ghost prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Scarafia Ghost managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Canada's Luka Harris fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Bâru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes Canada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cássio Gonçalves who took care of the corner kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Amorebieta was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes in the game, Rohan Watson dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Bâru got free with Jax Williamson in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Scarafia Ghost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mateusz Zabrzeski kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. In the 63rd minute, Mateusz Zabrzeski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scarafia Ghost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute Canada were awarded a corner. Jan Dixon went to the cornerflag to take it. Canada's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iustin Bâru 69 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Scarafia Ghost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prince Anderson in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Bâru got free with Jax Williamson in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Go Ahead Eagles's Giorgos Kontodimos was substituted for Iakovos Efthimiadis. Erling Lewandowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jax Williamson having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Lewandowski. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erling Lewandowski in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jax Williamson saved Canada from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filip Edwards in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Scarafia Ghost prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Theo Burton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Scarafia Ghost was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Go Ahead Eagles's Cássio Gonçalves got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Canada players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
