Honduras's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Chelaru in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Cătălin Chinezu made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 96 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
