Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Inter Milano's Radowit Kornasiewicz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Radowit Kornasiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 15th minute of play forced Inter Milano's goalkeeper Wasyl Pietras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 minutes, Radowit Kornasiewicz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Inter Milano's Marcin Kosiorek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Efrain Moruga in the 25 minute of the game. Diego Lombas kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Abel Carballo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter Milano the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Zachary Zjawin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radowit Kornasiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Radowit Kornasiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Milano's supporters rose to their feet, but Radowit Kornasiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inter Milano's attentive Diego Lombas managed to snatch the ball when Efrain Moruga made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Inter Milano's Diego Lombas. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wasyl Pietras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Radowit Kornasiewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. 82 minutes into the match, Radowit Kornasiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-3. Wasyl Pietras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The Costa Rica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Inter Milano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
