In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 20 minutes, Cassius Byrne made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Svante Valrot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Alfonso came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Monty Rogers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Svante Valrot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Alfonso in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Edward Mcdonald could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Svante Valrot however easily saved by the left post.
