In the 11th match minute, 1947 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo in the 14th minute of the match. Melchor Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Chile's Mariano Lacasa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcelino Nuxila but with some difficulty. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, 1947 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tyler Durden to maneuver through the defense. 1947 FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa scored to the left of an out of position Marcelino Nuxila, making the score, 1-1. Marcelino Nuxila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of the match. Pedro Indiano hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Huang Bing Ran's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Huang Bing Ran helped the player get up and apologised. Huang Bing Ran kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Nuxila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 49thth minute Huang Bing Ran beautifully dribbled past Chile's defense and it looked for a moment as a certain goal, but Thiago Pliego pulled off a phantom save to prevent the ball from scoring on his left hand side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelino Nuxila having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute of play forced 1947 FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Nuxila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, 1947 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Marcelino Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, 1947 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Godoi to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huang Bing Ran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1947 FC's Huang Bing Ran got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 1947 FC's Marcelino Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 80th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, 1947 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Marcelino Nuxila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Xande Hwang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Nuxila came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 1947 FC's Goren Baños was substituted for Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Huang Bing Ran sent off a good shot on target. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Chile were victorious despite being under pressure from 1947 FC for much of the match.
