Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dominic Colebrants kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Saint Jean Pierre got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Dominic Colebrants fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's protests and gave Dominic Colebrants a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Dominic Colebrants hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Taha Akyol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernso Constant in the 6th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Ernso Constant cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Taha Akyol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 12 minutes, Jonathan Alphonse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Alphonse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the game, David Smedts threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominic Colebrants in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Natan Coekx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's supporters rose to their feet, but Natan Coekx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 played minutes Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin got a freekick which was hit by Teun Van Heurick. Natan Coekx struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin. When Jonathan Alphonse came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Alphonse couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Teun Van Heurick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Teun Van Heurick hit a great ball. When Jonathan Alphonse came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Alphonse couldn't finish the play. Raymond Louis's late challenge caught a Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raymond Louis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, Raymond Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. The Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Dominic Colebrants looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Ernso Constant got a free kick in the 55th minute. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Philippe Ambroise was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Taha Akyol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Alphonse came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Taha Akyol could save by the left post. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natan Coekx in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute Peter-Jan Weba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dominic Colebrants's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Haiti's attentive Rodney Emmanuel managed to snatch the ball when Karel-Jan Biermans made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. The supporters of Haiti booed when Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Smedts didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teun Van Heurick to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Alphonse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Taha Akyol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vlaamse Voetbal Verenigin's Dominic Colebrants got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
