The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Norbert Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. Folkert Vos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Folkert Vos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Alfonso in the 18th minute of play forced Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Sebastião Xoxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 27th minute of play. If Norbert Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Norbert Major's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Folkert Vos firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 30th minute, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Folkert Vos. Folkert Vos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. With a little luck, The Masters's Folkert Vos got control of the ball when Norbert Major tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Doris. Jair Busquets hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Folkert Vos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Major in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The Masters's Timoteo Griguol was substituted for Izydor Jeziorkowski. Darko Pančev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folkert Vos having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Norbert Major cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Folkert Vos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute Pogoń Szczecin were awarded a corner. Conrado Donzel went to the cornerflag to take it. Conrado Donzel made a great header on Pogoń Szczecin's corner, it was just that The Masters's Folkert Vos managed to reach the ball for a save. Norbert Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Norbert Major's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folkert Vos was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 92nd minute of the match Pogoń Szczecin got a corner. The Masters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Conrado Donzel ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Conrado Donzel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Folkert Vos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 96 minutes, Anselmo Doris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pogoń Szczecin and the The Masters players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anselmo Doris hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pogoń Szczecin fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Masters had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
