Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo Alcântara in the 14th minute of the match. Nildo Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when 倪南潮 came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jiang Bin Yao made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nildo Alcântara. After 27 minutes of play, Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Nildo Alcântara made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diguinho da Mata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Nildo Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Alcântara in the 34th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nildo Alcântara might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nildo Alcântara ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nildo Alcântara in the 39th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Diguinho da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nildo Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Ivan Navarro made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Villa. 55 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 55th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Nildo Alcântara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nildo Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Nildo Alcântara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 0-4 in the 68 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cléber Santana in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. The supporters of Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Cléber Santana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Cléber Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Cléber Santana. But to his dismay, Cléber Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5.
