Geovanni Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Jobo in the 24th minute of the match. Emilio Berriotxoa scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovanni Pinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Macaco F.C. defense, Luciano Bertran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovanni Pinho. The Macaco F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovanni Pinho should have stopped the shot.
