In the 20th minute of the match Espen Steelers got a corner. Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albert Einstein ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Espen Steelers's corner Albert Einstein fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Horacio Ishmael quite easily take care of the ball. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Einstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Nikola Portner successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nikola Portner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Pes in the 29th minute of play. Emilio Berriotxoa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salomone Weber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espen Steelers's Giancarlo Weissmuller suffered a sprained foot after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Feliberto Tercero fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piernas Locas Crane FC's protests and gave Feliberto Tercero a yellow card for diving instead. Espen Steelers's Henri Schwersenz was substituted for Giancarlo Weissmuller. In the 43rd match minute, Piernas Locas Crane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Rencio to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Ishmael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Einstein in the 44th minute of play. Lenny Rubin kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Berriotxoa to strike the kick off in the second half. Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenny Rubin in the 53rd minute of play. Andy Schmid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Horacio Ishmael made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominik Sauerberg got free with Horacio Ishmael in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Bertran during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Segundo Ubelteso hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Horacio Ishmael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salomone Weber in the 73rd minute of the match. A hard shot 76 in the game by Fabian Schär from a close distance when the talented Horacio Ishmael managed to make a qualified save. Piernas Locas Crane FC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salomone Weber in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Ishmael saved Piernas Locas Crane FC from getting behind. With 80 minutes on the clock, Matias Pes commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Piernas Locas Crane FC:s Horacio Ishmael showed great skill when he stopped Andy Schmid:s penalty. In the 81st minute, Andy Schmid made a precise shot to the right of Horacio Ishmael. Piernas Locas Crane FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Einstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Schär's late challenge caught a Piernas Locas Crane FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Schär helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Piernas Locas Crane FC booed when Espen Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Schär didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael got control of the ball when Fabian Schär tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horacio Ishmael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Einstein in the 96th minute of play. Espen Steelers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
