Fábio Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ronan King tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stuart Fox charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stuart Fox the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Macaco F.C. booed when Hilsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stuart Fox didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Macaco F.C.'s Silvério de Mendonça in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hilsea's goalie prevented a goal. Alain Bamford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Pinho having to interfere. Geovanni Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wade Batty in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hilsea's Larry Butt got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 21stth minute of the game Silvério de Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hilsea's Ronan King was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wade Batty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Pinho having to interfere. Geovanni Pinho came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Hilsea's Rachid Rowe. But to his dismay, Rachid Rowe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 30 minutes of play, Hilsea's Rachid Rowe made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovanni Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, Wade Batty notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Macaco F.C.'s Geovanni Pinho. Geovanni Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Hilsea's Ronan King got control of the ball when Armando Sampaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Wade Batty's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovanni Pinho was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Silvério de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hilsea's Alain Bamford got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Macaco F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hilsea were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvério de Mendonça made a kick off. Silvério de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wade Batty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Macaco F.C. booed when Hilsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liam Read didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomás Pimenta struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ronan King didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macaco F.C.. Rachid Rowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Macaco F.C.'s Geovanni Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rachid Rowe in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute Rachid Rowe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Macaco F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Fábio Dracena hit a great ball. Geovanni Pinho was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Wade Batty capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wade Batty really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Ronan King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Sampaio in the 81st minute of play. Cristóvão Leme's late challenge caught a Hilsea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristóvão Leme helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Macaco F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Cristóvão Leme hit a great ball. Liam Read recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 played minutes Macaco F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Leme. Ronan King took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni Pinho came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hilsea's Wade Batty. But to his dismay, Wade Batty quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Macaco F.C.'s Geovanni Pinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Macaco F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Macaco F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Benjamim Trancoso hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Hilsea left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Macaco F.C..
