In the 8th match minute, De Gulden Draak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Breitbücher to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to De Gulden Draak getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kasimir Stadler hit a great ball. The supporters of De Gulden Draak booed when PAIDAGOGOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jem Chipciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Ellis Thierse got a free kick in the 21st minute. Chip Chiper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Heremans in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute De Gulden Draak were awarded a corner. Konstantin Havemann went to the cornerflag to take it. Ronald Breitbücher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Jem Kielbasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. PAIDAGOGOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jem Kielbasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siim Kikas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute Ellis Thierse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chip Chiper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play De Gulden Draak's Ronald Breitbücher was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 41 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Breitbücher. The audience was convinced that Benedykt Klimkiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siim Kikas was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evert Heremans made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, PAIDAGOGOS's goalkeeper Chip Chiper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ellis Thierse. In the 54th minute, Ludwig Rebell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes PAIDAGOGOS got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Lerych. Siim Kikas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Klimkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Evert Heremans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute Evert Heremans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chip Chiper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in De Gulden Draak's zone, Mariusz Mazierz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siim Kikas came out of the goal and Mariusz Mazierz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Evert Heremans came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the De Gulden Draak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Heremans couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Klimkiewicz in the 78th minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Klimkiewicz in the 87th minute of play. The De Gulden Draak players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented PAIDAGOGOS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
