In the 10th minute, Berga BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Virgílio Ferraz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Petter Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A collision led to Berga BK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ove Berg hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Berga BK defense, Léo Vianna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petter Karlsson. The Berga BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petter Karlsson should have stopped the shot. Petter Karlsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léo Vianna in the 36th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Berga BK's goalkeeper Petter Karlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edu Souza. In the 41st minute, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Léo Vianna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Pelle Lindholm's late challenge caught a Nas Horas Vagas F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Lindholm helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Berga BK's Pelle Lindholm got a free kick in the 46th minute. Carlos de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edu Souza to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Souza in the 54th minute of play forced Berga BK's goalkeeper Petter Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petter Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Furlan in the 55th minute of the match. Léo Vianna scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petter Karlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th match minute, Berga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Alströmmer to maneuver through the defense. Berga BK's Petter Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Souza in the 66th minute of play. José Maria de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Edu Souza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nas Horas Vagas F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Hedman in the 81st minute of play forced Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goalkeeper Gernando Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Edu Souza notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Berga BK's Petter Karlsson. Petter Karlsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 played minutes Berga BK got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Lindholm. A collision led to Berga BK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jarl Vennerdal hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, Berga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Odin to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes got control of the ball when Stig Klint tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nas Horas Vagas F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Berga BK for a fine match.
