Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bolo Bolaño in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Ishmael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piernas Locas Crane FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Americo Millan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piernas Locas Crane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Millan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horacio Ishmael came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Fagildo Pamanes. But to his dismay, Fagildo Pamanes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, Piernas Locas Crane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Cordarin to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Txomin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Amato in the 25th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Txomin. Piernas Locas Crane FC were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Consejo del Mate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Americo Millan took the corner. The corner led Piernas Locas Crane FC's Enrique Txomin to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugo Orlando Gatti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Piernas Locas Crane FC's Enrique Txomin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fagildo Pamanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horacio Ishmael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fagildo Pamanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Enrique Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Consejo del Mate from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the game, Julio Kemen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Consejo del Mate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piernas Locas Crane FC the free kick. The supporters of Piernas Locas Crane FC booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Ishmael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Fagildo Pamanes hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bolo Bolaño to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Laureano Amato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Laureano Amato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 58th minute of play. Bolo Bolaño in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Horacio Ishmael, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 65 minutes into the match, Piernas Locas Crane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fagildo Pamanes came free, but Horacio Ishmael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes, Bolo Bolaño made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Piernas Locas Crane FC's Horacio Ishmael tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
