With a little luck, Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm got control of the ball when Mario Alberto Abascal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valerio Spadoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Modestio came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamar Orlinsky hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Valerio Spadoni made the kick off in the second half. If Ruperto Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amir Lee in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Mourelatos saved Amboy FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 80th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Mario Alberto Abascal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dario Wilhelm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cascade Park West's Wang Sha Qian was substituted for Amir Lee.
