Damiano Di Nucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute Ferdinando Di Camillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claus Himschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in PomeziaRamblers's zone, Damiano Di Nucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claus Himschoot came out of the goal and Damiano Di Nucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Ferdinando Di Camillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coriano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinando Di Camillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Di Camillo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Ferdinando Di Camillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Coriano FC's Cristoforo Musso got control of the ball when Bruno Scibilia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of PomeziaRamblers booed when Coriano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Pascali didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristoforo Musso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kuido Suursaar in the 40th minute. If Ferdinando Di Camillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ferdinando Di Camillo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Alfonso Iezzi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Coriano FC's Pang Zhen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinando Di Camillo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claus Himschoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferdinando Di Camillo took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claus Himschoot. Claus Himschoot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cristoforo Musso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuido Suursaar in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coriano FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adrián Frick was slow to take the kick. During this time PomeziaRamblers's players had a chance to rest. Mattias Haavel hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Mattias Haavel got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for PomeziaRamblers. If Bruno Scibilia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Di Camillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. PomeziaRamblers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adrián Frick in the 78th minute. PomeziaRamblers's Mattias Haavel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristoforo Musso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Damiano Di Nucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferdinando Di Camillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 88th minute, Ferdinando Di Camillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claus Himschoot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damiano Di Nucci got free with Claus Himschoot in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 93 minutes, Ernesto Gaudino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coriano FC and the PomeziaRamblers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Coriano FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Adrián Frick shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Damiano Di Nucci kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When Kuido Suursaar came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the PomeziaRamblers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kuido Suursaar couldn't finish the play.
