Guilherme Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duri come il marmo. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mané Lara couldn't finish the play. Joinville United - FSCMZ's attentive Hilario Gurutz managed to snatch the ball when Flavio Lattanzio made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. 26 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Addari came free, but Guilherme Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amos De Palma hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Duri come il marmo's zone, Maurício Donatello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Polito came out of the goal and Maurício Donatello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Maurício Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Polito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute of the match Joinville United - FSCMZ got a corner. Duri come il marmo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maurício Donatello ran over to the corner to take the kick. With his leg Emiliano Polito managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Joinville United - FSCMZ's Maurício Donatello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A nice corner shot did that Maurício Donatello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emiliano Polito quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 91st minute Carter Romanese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes in the game, Jacek Krzynowek fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Emiliano Polito having to interfere. Guilherme Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Romanese in the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Joinville United - FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
