PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Grzelak in the 6th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, Santoryu FC's Teodoro Chale made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claus Himschoot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claus Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Strano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Grzegorz Grzelak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claus Himschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by PomeziaRamblers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andrea Muciaccia was slow to take the kick. During this time Santoryu FC's players had a chance to rest. After 29 minutes, Cesare Romano made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Claus Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Grzelak in the 32nd minute of the match. Santoryu FC's Ercole Carnevale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Santoryu FC from getting a goal against them. Cesare Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Claus Himschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ercole Carnevale had great luck who in the 45thth minute grab hold of the ball when Bruno Scibilia from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After having played for 46 minutes, Cesare Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santoryu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesare Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47thth minute of the game Grzegorz Grzelak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuido Suursaar was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Santoryu FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Grzegorz Grzelak hit a great ball. In the 52ndth minute of the game Bruno Scibilia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santoryu FC's Ercole Carnevale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The PomeziaRamblers fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when PomeziaRamblers's Bruno Scibilia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Claus Himschoot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Chale in the 55th minute. Kuido Suursaar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Teodoro Chale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claus Himschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ercole Carnevale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Scibilia in the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuido Suursaar in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Carnevale saved Santoryu FC from getting behind. Kuido Suursaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Freddie Ljungberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santoryu FC made a substitution. Dennis Nero replaced Teodoro Chale. Ercole Carnevale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kuido Suursaar in the 73rd minute of the match. Kuido Suursaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Lazzaro kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Adrián Frick's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ercole Carnevale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kuido Suursaar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Carnevale was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Dennis Nero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Claus Himschoot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 92nd match minute, Santoryu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Grzelak to maneuver through the defense. Demetrio Di Massa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Kuido Suursaar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ercole Carnevale was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Many of Santoryu FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Santoryu FC may have spent more time on the ball, but PomeziaRamblers were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
