Donato Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigue Léonard in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Palmisano in the 7th minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Donato Balestra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Alfred Olsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calenzano's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Olsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Granata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristiano Granata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Tedeschi, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Cristiano Granata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Olsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Calenzano defense, Dino Palmisano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Balestra. The Calenzano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Balestra should have stopped the shot. Donato Balestra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigue Léonard in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute A.S. Ian Fenomeni were awarded a corner. Edoardo Galeone went to the cornerflag to take it. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's Ciro Palleschi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Donato Balestra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 24th minute Dino Palmisano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Balestra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to A.S. Ian Fenomeni getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gani Pamirhan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Olsson in the 26th minute of play forced A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 played minutes A.S. Ian Fenomeni got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigue Léonard. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Alfred Olsson sped through A.S. Ian Fenomeni's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristiano Granata. Gani Pamirhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Balestra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gani Pamirhan ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, Calenzano's goal looked a bit too open when Gani Pamirhan came free, but Donato Balestra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigue Léonard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Balestra having to interfere. Donato Balestra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Palmisano in the 39th minute of play. Calenzano's Alfred Olsson got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calenzano's Donato Balestra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Palmisano in the 46th minute of play. Alfred Olsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cristiano Granata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Dino Palmisano made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the A.S. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalkeeper Cristiano Granata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 played minutes A.S. Ian Fenomeni got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Galeone. Calenzano's Yaniusky Pardo was substituted for Alessio Santini. After 73 played minutes A.S. Arturo Di Matteo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Granata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Calenzano's Donato Balestra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Palmisano in the 77th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Calenzano's Arturo Di Matteo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Granata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donato Balestra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Palmisano in the 86th minute of play. Calenzano's Donato Balestra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Palmisano in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the A.S. Ian Fenomeni players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
