Zach Harrison hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Asteguieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when 洪浩飞 came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl Springfält struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BV Borussia Hammarby. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 洪浩飞, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute 洪浩飞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monty Rogers might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Asteguieta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Monty Rogers ran back to his position shaking his head. After 14th play minutes Cassius Byrne shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jairo Asteguieta and just under the crossbar into goal. Jairo Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Zach Harrison managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a defensive mix-up in BV Borussia Hammarby's zone, Cassius Byrne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Asteguieta came out of the goal and Cassius Byrne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Marco Day successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 25 minutes into the match, BV Borussia Hammarby's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Jairo Asteguieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BV Borussia Hammarby's Jairo Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to BV Borussia Hammarby getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Karl Springfält hit a great ball. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 洪浩飞 in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Mårtensson.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birger Mårtensson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute 洪浩飞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, 洪浩飞 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 洪浩飞 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, BV Borussia Hammarby's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Jairo Asteguieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Florin in the 71st minute of play. Jairo Asteguieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 74 minutes BV Borussia Hammarby's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. 洪浩飞 scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honorio Florin scored 3-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd match minute, BV Borussia Hammarby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Olof Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Sam Campbell's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jairo Asteguieta firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 94th minute of the match USA got a corner. BV Borussia Hammarby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jenson Smith ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jacob May was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
