Noé Del Pino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The supporters of Panama booed when Rage F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban José Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Noé Del Pino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noé Del Pino, 4-0. Noé Del Pino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Rage F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Roger Rage hit a great ball. In the 46th minute Roger Rage shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Tomas Berganza put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Noé Del Pino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Cambeiro in the 84th minute of play forced Rage F.C.'s goalkeeper Noé Del Pino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Noé Del Pino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isidoro Sarmiento went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Panama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
