With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Anacleto Rozarius tried to sneak it across the goal line. With splendid footwork Anacleto Rozarius arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 16th minute. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Johannes Stein, made in the 29th minute of the game. Santino Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Cerbu having to interfere. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andrei Cerbu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes GLADIADORES got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Stein. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Axel Montenegro sped through GLADIADORES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andrei Cerbu. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, GLADIADORES's Andrei Cerbu got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Wilson Andrade sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. 59 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Andrei Cerbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Andrei Cerbu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 66 minutes into the game, Anacleto Rozarius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GLADIADORES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. In the 66th match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Rozarius to maneuver through the defense. Colombia made a substitution. After 78 minutes GLADIADORES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Mastache who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Abram Secada heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. GLADIADORES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Abram Secada scored to the left of an out of position Andrei Cerbu, making the score, 2-2. In the 90th minute, one of GLADIADORES:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GLADIADORES. In the 94th minute, Santino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Rozarius in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Colombia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
