Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play forced MALAIA FDFDF's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Donatello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Renato Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Paulo Renato Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Renato Donatello came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 27 played minutes MALAIA FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Soeiro. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Vicente Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Proença during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MALAIA FDFDF's Leopoldo Proença got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Renato Donatello. MALAIA FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 40th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, Cristian Teles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MALAIA FDFDF and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in MALAIA FDFDF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind MALAIA FDFDF's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Donatello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Paulo Renato Donatello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MALAIA FDFDF's Maurinho Soeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Renato Donatello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. Paulo Renato Donatello came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. MALAIA FDFDF's Paulo Renato Donatello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save MALAIA FDFDF from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Renato Donatello having to make a save. Paulo Renato Donatello was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-7. In the 85th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Donatello having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, MALAIA FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Proença to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Renato Donatello. MALAIA FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
