Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timos Kolleris started the match with the kick off. Marcos Cotilla was a little too slow when Vrasidas Mantelis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Dimitris Michopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimitris Michopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 15th minute. Theodosis Mantouvalos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Cotilla when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Makis Dimitrakis in the 18th minute. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Makis Dimitrakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Dylan Sarmiento charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dylan Sarmiento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vrasidas Mantelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timos Kolleris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Makis Dimitrakis charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Makis Dimitrakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Makis Dimitrakis got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Felipe Ros fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Felipe Ros a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. After 56 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Nivaldo Aleixo. After 58 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Makis Dimitrakis went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Olympiacos FC's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Michopoulos came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Makis Dimitrakis in the 66th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Makis Dimitrakis took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Timos Kolleris scored 6-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victoriano Frans took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 74 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Trifon Karvelas. In the 76th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jose Carita hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Dimitris Michopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Makis Dimitrakis in the 79th minute of play. Dimitris Michopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimitris Michopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Olympiacos FC had won after a very even match.
