Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Malcolm Wall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Melin in the 11th minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Wall having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Axelsson in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bengt-Åke Biörk was slow to take the kick. During this time Pauliström's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Bengt-Åke Biörk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Camilo Gaos tried in the 15th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Jonathan Ferrant a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Pauliström's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Malcolm Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 23 in the game by Folke Melin from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. In the 25th minute, Bengt-Åke Biörk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Folke Melin had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Folke Melin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Folke Melin took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jose Correa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Correa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malcolm Wall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Wall. Pauliström's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Malcolm Wall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head.

In the 51st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Axelsson in the 52nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Näver came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malcolm Wall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 65 minutes into the match, Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. 67 minutes into the game, Pauliström's Folke Melin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Malcolm Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play. Henry Näver succeeded in the game's 73rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-2. Malcolm Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magnus Björk charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magnus Björk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Björk. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Melin scored 7-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bengt-Åke Biörk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Pauliström's Malcolm Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 90th minute of play. Venezuela's attentive Salvador Gisbert managed to snatch the ball when George Beckeman made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Pauliström players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
