Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 3 minutes into the match, Severiano Enekoitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Lα Sυв 21 defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernesto Merexildo. The Lα Sυв 21 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Merexildo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Lα Sυв 21 getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cirilo Fe hit a great ball. Severiano Enekoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernesto Merexildo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ernesto Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of the match. Guido Bartolome blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. After 34 minutes, Paulo Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lα Sυв 21 and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lα Sυв 21's Paulo Lopes got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ernesto Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of play. Severiano Enekoitz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 41stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Ecuador's keeper Julio Vera was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54th minute, Guido Bartolome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Enekoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Enekoitz in the 58th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Lα Sυв 21 got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Lopes. Lα Sυв 21 made a substitution. Pablo Vegetti replaced Severiano Enekoitz. Lα Sυв 21's Rolando Orti was substituted for Godofredo Eutor. After 62 played minutes Lα Sυв 21 got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Lopes. The supporters of Lα Sυв 21 booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolando Orti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Merexildo was a little too slow when Luis Andino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-2. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Pablo Vegetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lα Sυв 21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Vegetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Vegetti in the 92nd minute of the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
