A collision led to x-TreM KiLLerSS getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Olimpiu Humă hit a great ball. Felix Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gigel Tudor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play forced x-TreM KiLLerSS's goalkeeper Gigel Tudor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Sinulescu in the 23rd minute of play. After 26 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Liviu Pădureanu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Liviu Pădureanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gigel Tudor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montenegro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in x-TreM KiLLerSS's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Tudor came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ştefan Sinulescu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octav Elefterescu in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute x-TreM KiLLerSS were awarded a corner. Liviu Pădureanu went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 42nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Liviu Pădureanu fired a really elegant long shot, but Julio Vera threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liviu Pădureanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manole Muncelean's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, x-TreM KiLLerSS's Liviu Pădureanu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Pădureanu in the 59th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind x-TreM KiLLerSS's goalkeeper Gigel Tudor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gigel Tudor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 played minutes x-TreM KiLLerSS got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Gaskon. Gigel Tudor made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, x-TreM KiLLerSS's Ştefan Sinulescu got a free kick in the 80th minute. Gigel Tudor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Liviu Pădureanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. x-TreM KiLLerSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Pădureanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Gigel Tudor however easily saved by the left post. Cristian Ţirpescu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
