Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Seco made the kick off and thus started the match. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 5th minute of play. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ferdinand Weijnants's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 24 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Laporte came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo De Jonge. Teo De Jonge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute Jaime Cazalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo De Jonge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Eddy Laporte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 38th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 43rd minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Weijnants dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Laporte in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Ferdinand Weijnants made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After 72 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. The player immediately received a yellow card. Octaaf Bosmans kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ferdinand Weijnants fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Teo De Jonge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 87th minute. Teo De Jonge made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte. But to his dismay, Eddy Laporte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2.
