In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, ITAFUT 4EVER's José Sand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 23rd minute, José Sand made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Sand to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when José Sand came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jardel Baggio might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jardel Baggio ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Chile were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after ITAFUT 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. The corner led to Chile's Orlando Casaus getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 81st minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Nilson Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Baggio came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Peres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ITAFUT 4EVER walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
